We are so grateful you have chosen to shop with Ace's Arrow. We want to make your shopping experience as convenient and smooth as possible! Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. We know returns are inevitable; however, we try our hardest to give detailed descriptions and a variety of photos to fully explain each and every product!
Here is what you need to know about our return policy:
➳ Ace's Arrow Boutique is paperless, so we will not print your receipt and mail them with your package. Your receipt will be your email confirmation order, that we have a record of as well. Therefore, please do not be alarmed when you don't receive a printed receipt.
➳ Once your order leaves our facility, we are no longer responsible for the product(s).
➳ Any lost, damaged, or stolen packages are not our responsibility and claims need to be filled with the shipping carrier.
➳ Orders are shipped out within 1-4 business days (depending on volume of orders).
➳ Items must be unworn with no signs of wear and tags must still be attached. If the item has signs of wear, the tags are not attached, or the item(s) are in any condition they cannot be resold, Ace's Arrow Boutique has all rights to deny the return. If the return is denied due to any of these reasons, we will not pay to ship the item back to you.
➳ We allow a maximum of two returns throughout a 30 day period, per customer.
➳ All returns must be back to the boutique within ten days from the date package was delivered. This ten day period includes all active mail days (Monday-Saturday and not including holidays).
➳ A 50 percent refund will be eligible for returns received between eleven to fifteen days after receiving your item.
➳ After fifteen days, a return is not eligible, so please don't send the item(s) back.
➳ You are responsible to pay shipping charges to ship the item(s) back to Ace's Arrow Boutique and we will not refund customers for the original shipping costs.
➳ If you received free shipping, your refund will be deducted to pay for the initial shipping cost.
➳ You may choose to receive a refund to the original payment method, or store credit.
➳ Due to a high risk of sell out, we cannot offer exchange. If you need another size, we suggest you place a new order and send the incorrect size back for a refund.
➳ Please state your email address, order number, reason for your return, and what type of return you would like (refund, or store credit), written inside of the package. If a package is returned without these details, action for a refund/store credit will not proceed.
➳ Using a discount code at checkout makes your items FINAL SALE.
➳ Jewelry & accessories are FINAL SALE. Accessories include (but are not limited to): belt buckles, belts, concho hair ties, braid slides, bralettes, wild rags, etc.
➳ All clearance items are FINAL SALE.
➳ NO exceptions!
➳ If our policy is disregarded and jewelry, accessories, OR discounted/clearance item(s) are sent back for a return, your return will be denied. Ace's Arrow Boutique will not pay to ship the denied item(s) back.
➳ Footwear must be in its original box, placed inside of another box (or a protective poly mailer) for return shipping. If footwear is shipped in its original box, the package will be refused.

➳ It is your responsibility to track your package and insure the item(s) are delivered for return. Ace's Arrow Boutique will not be responsible for return attempts that don't make it in the allotted time frame
➳ All items purchased in store (mobile boutique) are eligible for the same 10 day return time period.
➳ The boutique is open for in-store shopping for customers through appointment! Just send an email and we will set up a time for you to come shop! However, please be aware we do not hold items.
➳ We also offer pop up shops! All you need is a minimum of six girlfriends and a place to host (parking for the mobile trailer). There is no commitment and we offer incentives/free product for the host. Please email us for more details or to schedule your fun shopping party.
➳ Although the boutique is open online 24/7, the boutique is "closed" for in-store shopping, and hand-delivered returns on Sundays and holidays. Please plan accordingly if you are going to physically return an item and your tenth business day return period is approaching. Delivered returns are not accepted on Sundays and the boutique is closed for in-store shopping.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:
➳ All holiday orders placed between November 1st through December 24th will be eligible for store credit, through January 15th.
➳ Holiday returns must be received back to the boutique by January 15th.
➳ Holiday returns must include the same details inside the package, including: email address, order #, reason for return.
➳ Holiday orders are not eligible for a refund, unless they are returned within the ten day period (via our regular season return policy.)
➳ Once we receive ALL returns, we will promptly be in touch with your refund, or instructions on redeeming your store credit.
➳ We throughly look over every item and investigate its condition before it is shipped to you! If your item's quality is not up to our satisfaction, we will not send it out the door. We understand, however, things happen from time to time and issues may get missed. If something is not up to your satisfaction, simply email us with your order # and photos of your complaint. We will do our absolute best to make it right for you!
Our customers satisfaction is our number one goal, so if you need to issue a return or store credit, we simply ask that please do so in the allotted time provided. We are more than happy to answer any of your questions or concerns. We love to hear from you! You can reach us through email or phone.
